OK, i'm back, slightly longer departure than i had previously wanted. yesterday as always was comic book day, if anybody cares the new issue of Amazing Spider-Man is one of the best damn things I've read in a while. It was a good single issue story. It was nice to actually enjoy the book again. It's been a while. Other than I picked up some other garbage and found out that there is some kind of comic book type convention that is focusing on Robots. Robots are some really damn cool things, and I do believe that I would like to go look at a bunch of hunks of metal and plastic. It's a month away so I have time to prepare.
I purchased the new Small Brown Bike album, it's incredibly good, even better than Our Own Wars (their previous album), it's still great music that makes me want to hit pedestrians with my 1991 truck. I also picked up the latest or at least most recent Boris the Sprinkler album aptly named "...Gay" the thing rules, starting off with "motherfucker are you ready to rock" that alone is worth the price of admission, nørb has outdone his previous efforts with the new opening monologue to the first track... awesome.
I'm also totally excited for my friend sean. We went to high school together and was one of my closest friends for years, he is the newest drummer for Milemarker and they have an album coming out on Jade Tree in September... i can't wait, it it's anything like "frigid forms sell" then it's going to blow everybody away.
It now appears that I've got some friends coming in from California to visit for a few days coming TODAY. I'm going to be completely worthless for the next few days because I'm sure to have absolutely no sleep whatsoever. so the bloggin is guaranteed to be completely worthless banter, (as opposed to what it normally is) cheers....

work is a sack of shit. just figured i would get that off my chest. i don't dig working with people that have the mental capacity of an empty can of pork n beans. i wish i was back in atlantic city looking at old people gamble away their life savings while i just cruise around and get carded by every member of the security force. that was such a good trip. i keep saying that i'm going to post the log that we created on our trip, but i'm lazy. i'm all but set to post baldsteve.com, .org and dirtyape.org. the former being an extension of this thing, and a better version that my last site.. .the latter being... well, i'll figure that out later, i just figured that i needed to own dirtyape.org.
anyhow... I did manage to make it to driving school over the weekend, some of the worst drivers in history were there. one girl was 17 and just got her 3rd ticket in a year and caused a 4 car pile up... i didn't ask for an explanation, i like to make up my own...
this blog is meant to be huge and long and one of my coworkers just discovered it.. .so more later
